  • If it is warm, you may want to turn on the AC unit, located on the wall next to the sliding glass door. Please close all windows and doors while the AC is on.

  • Occasionally, during very humid summer days, our basement can feel a bit damp.  If it feels damp at any time during your stay, simply go to our dehumidifier unit (below the "Miracle" photo), and press the ON button (marked) - DO NOT PRESS ANY OTHER BUTTONS. The unit is programmed to run for a certain number of hours, and will then shut off. Feel free to turn on as often as necessary.

HOUSE RULES/POLICIES

NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OUR UNIT. NO CANDLES EVER - EVEN BIRTHDAY CANDLES!

PARKING: Our house can accommodate up to 2 vehicles outside and 1 compact vehicle in the garage - NO EXCEPTIONS! You may only park two vehicles outside the unit; the association is very strict about this, and violators will be towed at their expense. If you have more than 2 vehicles you need to park outside, any excess vehicles must be parked at the lower golf club parking lot.

NOISE:  Our home is located in a quiet residential community, and noise travels easily up here, so even a few people gathered outside talking can be disturbing to our neighbors after 10 p.m.  Please be sensitive to others when outside at night. Excess noise will be reported and fined.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLABLES: ALL TRASH HAS TO BE IN A PLASTIC GARBAGE BAG OR IT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.  Garbage should be separated by regular trash vs. co-mingled recyclables - plastic and glass containers, bottles and jars, aluminum and tin cans, cardboard and newspaper, and placed in separate plastic trash bags. There are plenty of garbage bags under the sinks. Garbage pick up is Monday and Friday; please move the garbage cans to the inside front of the garage door on those mornings.

CHECK IN:

  • Upon check in, be sure to use our Wifi Porter on the coffee table to access our Guest Wifi; simply hold your phone over the porter and you will be connected.

CHECKOUT:  departure time is no later than 10 A.M.  Your keycode access will be shut off at 10 am, so please plan your departure.

  • The house should be left as you found it and "BROOM CLEAN". Please return all furniture and equipment, both indoors and outdoors, to original positions/locations. • Leave all used beds partially stripped, put used towels on the bathroom floors.

  • Clean out all cabinets of food and plastic/paper shopping bags. Remove everything from the refrigerators and place in trash bags. Everything you brought to the house should be discarded or taken home with you.

Please do not place ANYTHING on or near the baseboards when on.The units heat up quickly, and anything touching them can become a fire hazard.

We also provide tall fans for each bedroom that you are free to use; they are available in each closet.

The unit is programmed to run for a certain number of hours, and will then shut off. Feel free to turn on as often as necessary.
